  • Week 5 - Core Work

    Focusing on our upper and lower abdominal muscles through the following exercises:
    - Heel Slides with Circles
    - Bird Dog
    - Heel Drops with arms up
    - Single Leg Bridges
    1 set on Monday, 2 sets on Wednesday, and 3 sets on Friday

  • Week 5 - Breathwork

    Standing series focused on our breath and balance

  • Week 5 - Stretches

    Releasing our muscles through the following movements:
    - Pigeon
    - Mermaid
    - Arm Slides
    - Ankle/Toe Release
