    These core exercises will warm up our transverse abdominals, glutes, and pelvic floor.
    - Pelvic Tilts
    - Bridges
    - Heel Slides
    - Toe Lifts
    1 set on Monday, 2 sets on Wednesday, and 3 sets on Friday

  • Week 1- Breathwork

    Learn about our 360 breathing techniques to help change the way you breathe and move.

  • Week 1- Stretches

    Stretching series featuring:
    - Child Pose
    - Hip Flexor Release
    - ScareCrow Arm Release
    - Hamstring Release
