  • Week 2 - Core Work

    Let’s engage our core properly with the following exercises!
    - Bridges
    - Heel Slides with a lift
    - Arm Slides
    - Bird Dog- Arms only
    1 set on Monday, 2 sets on Wednesday, and 3 sets on Friday

  • Week 2 - Breathwork

    We will engage our core breath through the following positions:
    - All 4 ‘s
    - Seated
    - Kneeling
    - Child Pose

  • Week 2 - Stretches

    Our stretching series will include:
    - Mermaid
    - Child Pose
    - Figure 4 (glute release)
    - Windshield Wipers (hip release)
