  • Week 3 - Core Work

    Let’s engage our lower abdominal muscles and learn how to find our transverse abdominals through the following exercises:
    - Heel Slides with Leg circles
    - Bird Dog- Arms only
    - Side Planks
    - Toe Lifts
    1 set on Monday, 2 sets on Wednesday, and 3 sets on Friday

  • Week 3- Breathwork

    We will focus our 360 breathing through the following positions:
    - Seated
    - Kneeling
    - Child Pose

  • Week 3 - Stretches

    We will release our muscles through the following movements:
    - Foot/Leg Release
    - Hip Flexor
    - Mermaid
    - Butterfly
    - Scarecrow
