Week 6
  • Week 6 - Core Work

    We will engage our obliques, transverse abdominals, and upper abdominal muscles through the following exercises:
    - Clam Shells
    - Planks
    - Arm Scissors
    - Dead Bug
    1 set on Monday, 2 sets on Wednesday, and 3 sets on Friday

  • Week 6 - Breathwork

    Seated breathing exercise series:
    - All 4’s
    - Cat/Cow
    - Seated
    - Child Pose

  • Week 6 - Stretches

    We will open our body through the following movements:
    - Arm Openings
    - Windshield Wipers
    - Pigeon
    - Arm and Leg Release
