  • Week 7 - Core Work

    This week we will need a ball/pillow/or towel in this series.
    Our core will be engaged while using your equipment of choice
    - Dead Bug
    - Side Planks
    - Bear Hold
    - Neutral Crunch- use a ball/pillow/towel
    1 set on Monday, 2 sets on Wednesday, and 3 sets on Friday

  • Week 7 - Breathwork

    We will use a ball/pillow/towel for our breathing series
    - Side Breathing
    - Kneeling
    - All 4’s
    - Seated

  • Week 7 - Stretches

    Our stretching series will be seated:
    - Hip Flexor
    - Scarecrow
    - Mermaid
    - Pigeon
    - Butterfly
