  • Week 8 - Core Work

    Lets really engage our core with some of our favorite exercises:
    - Single Leg Bridges
    - Dead Bug
    - Bear
    - Side Planks
    1 set on Monday, 2 sets on Wednesday, and 3 sets on Friday

  • Week 8 - Breathwork

    Standing series focusing on breath and balance

  • Week 8 - Stretches

    Our last stretching series will focus on all areas of the body.
    - Foot Release
    - Twists
    - Hip Flexor
    - Figure 4
    - Arm release
