Week 4
  • Week 4 - Core Work

    As we progress our exercises we will focus on engaging your transverse abdominals through the following exercises:
    - Dead Bug
    - Side Planks
    - Heel Drops
    - Bird Dog
    1 set on Monday, 2 sets on Wednesday, and 3 sets on Friday

  • Week 4 - Breathwork

    We will engage through our breathing series in a standing position while focusing on our balance as well.

  • Week 4 - Stretches

    Our stretching series will be standing focusing on releasing our whole body through the following stretches:
    - Arm Circles
    - Twists
    - Quads
    - Hamstrings
